Why This Site Exists

I sat down in a sauna parked beside a lake on the other side of the world, and something clicked.

This is it. This is what I want more of in my life.

When I got back to the U.S., I almost didn't start my sauna business. Not because I didn't want to do it, but because I didn't know how.

How do you even begin? What does the day to day actually feel like? Is this financially sustainable?

I couldn't find the answers, so I started figuring them out a day at time.

This site is where I write it all down — the good, the bad, the mistakes, the lessons. It’s part journal, part map.
